Airbag protection
The utilization of Nitinol, a robust and shape-retaining metal wire, integrated into the lower border of the airbag, facilitated achieving 60% protective efficacy prior to full inflation during deployment. Upon full inflation, its performance aligns with our spring airbag harnesses. Enhancements have been made to the inflation valve to ensure consistent airflow within the airbag irrespective of leg position. The streamlined design of the valve enhances the airbag’s visual appeal.
